Tasks:
You will be responsible for the development process of complex cyber security systems.
As a central task, you will independently take on the creation of systems to secure intellectual property in the areas of integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. Your attention is focused on designing solutions that represent the highest level of scalability and availability. For this purpose, you create quality tests and tool as a basis of a verifiability of these goals.
You create evaluations and analyses based on extensive data volumes using modern Big Data technologies (e.g. Cassandra/Spark, Splunk, ArcSight, evaluations e.g. with Python or R) and initiate continuous process optimizations.
You will ensure a smooth development process and promote cooperative collaboration with colleagues in the team and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mathematics, computer science, software development, IT systems or in a comparable field
- High willingness to learn, enthusiasm for new technologies as well as fun working in a team and with agile working methods
- Several years of professional experience in the area of software development / full stack, cloud, microservices as well as knowledge in the area of infrastructure, architecture and operations
- Very good programming skills in object-oriented C/C++ as well as Java and modern web technologies
- Deep technical knowledge but also passion for relational and distributed database systems (SQL databases e.g. Oracle, Postgres or MySQL and No-SQL databases e.g. Mongo DB)
- Distributed systems and IoT technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure and interest in machine learning and data science
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
