RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization

Use the RMA portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Compile all the information in one RMA request using the precise fault description field and the possibility to send a log file. Make sure that the appliance type and serial number are correct to guarantee a clear assignment. Describe the error as clearly and in detail as possible. Fault descriptions such as “appliance defective” lead to undesired delays.

In the case of a delivery that is already defective on arrival (Dead On Arrival), please enclose picture material.
